The world of tea changes continually and we are always bringing in delicious new discoveries, so come and look around our site, or come into the teahouse in Seattle's Wallingford neighborhood to see, taste and smell.

Love Tea? Love Chocolate? Sign-up for our newest tasting class exploring the aromas and complexities within the world of fine chocolate. We will be pairing a variety of chocolates with Pu'er, Oolong, and Black teas to compare their shared and complementing flavors. Learn how to taste fine and origin chocolates and what makes good chocolate so good for you! In these classes we will be tasting 65-70% cacao bars from around the world to explore the diversity of origin chocolates.
